120km of beach drive

We drove about 120km on the beach, entering at Dunas Altas and exiting at Praia Talhamar. The sand is hard, you just have to be careful of the steps created by the small rivers. Technically it is accessible in 2WD but given the distance traveled it is better to have a 4WD just in case. If necessary there are small villages every 30km or so where it is possible to exit and get back to the paved road. The exit to Praia Talhamar crossing the Parque Nacional da Lagoa do Peixe is reserved for light vehicles because there are 2 small wooden bridges to cross. I highly recommend it, it is beautiful and so pleasant!
