    The aim is to educate visitors on the various countries of the Continental Amazon, namelyBolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, Venezuela and French Guiana.The CCPA has a dome with around 150 seats and an auditorium with a capacity for 70 people, in addition to a large concert arena with a capacity for 17 thousand people seated. In the upper external part of the building are found the records of rock icons representing several Amazonian countries.The complex provides access to research, through the collections, at the Mário Ypiranga Monteiro Memorial and Library, Arthur Reis Library, at the Samuel Benchimol Documentation Center and at the Emídio Vaz D'Oliveira Children's Library. It also has spaces for the general public to visit, with refined temporary and permanent ones, among which those that represent daily life in the Amazon, such as the Casa do Caboclo (with decoration and utensils typical of the houses of the riverside population); Sugarcane Milling (reviewing the sugarcane economic cycle); Yanomami xapon; Barracão do Guaraná (showing the steps of handcraft production of the stick product); Casa da Farinha (with setting and tools used in the artisanal manufacture of manioc flour); Tapiri de Smoking Rubber and Casa do Seringueiro, in addition to the representation of regional transport, through canoes.The North Man Museum is part of the CCPA's facilities, which has a collection of 4,116 pieces, including the Noel Nutels Collection, a sanitary doctor who dedicated himself to work with indigenous peoples in the Xingu Park. Also in the museum are collections of the National Indian Foundation (Funai), highlighting indigenous masks for rituals, adornments, canoes, mats, archaeological fragments and ceramics with various pieces and artifacts.
