This is the largest Mercedes workshop for trucks and vans in Brasil. We came here with our Sprinter with a motor problem. The customer orientation is outstanding. Without delay they started to analyze our vehicle, the top management (repair and spare parts) in person showed presence and made sure, that all needed resources were available for us. If you have a campervan you are allowed to stay overnight in your car and to use the bathrooms and showers.
