Ford's second foray into Rubber Plantations in the Amazon was in Belterra. The old Ford Company office is by here and if you follow the R. Americana you will find House No 1 - built for Henry Ford but never used by him, the old clubhouse, other buildings and the former managers' homes. Estr Um has the second tier management homes. Look out for the fire hydrants and carefully maintained front gardens.
