Between Santarem and Uruara, on a scenic route, there is a camp in the jungle. One large site and several smaller sites. For large rigs, camper vans or tents. You can hear the road, but there is hardly any traffic at night. The site is used by loggers. In the morning I was woken up by a horde of howler monkeys. Enjoy this special place in the jungle.
