So there are quite a few agencies with whom you can book different boat tours. They don't seem to differ much in the tours they offer. We went with this agency and had a great time. We did the meia volta + gruta and the ilhas paradisíacas. It is super touristy but was fun and we felt the tour was everything they said it would be and we weren't scammed. We were here in september and the water was too rough to do the tour around the whole island. Apparently some agencies sell it anyways. So look out for that. www.caicaraturismo.com/
