Very nice national park, the oldest in Brazil! It has two parts, lower and upper and those are only connected by hiking trails. This info point is only about the lower part. At the moment the entrance fee is 40pp, 25 per car (we have a minivan). Van would be 50. There is number of short and longer hikes mostly to waterfalls. The infrastructure of the park is pretty good, you get a map at the entrance, the visitor center is very nice and informative and some stuff is even in english. Half of the park roads are unpaved, but in good condition. Park is open from 8am to 4pm, closed on mondays. We arrived late and were allowed to spend the night on the park entrance with wifi and toilets, not much leveled tho.
