Está situada em uma área urbana, entretanto fica rodeada pela mais linda natureza da região, a famosa Mata Atlântica e a todo momento podemos avistar animais da fauna local. É gerenciada por uma família muito simpática e a experiência da Fernanda com viagens internacionais de baixo custo (ela percorreu todo o sul do continente em uma bicicletinha) faz muita diferença, pois ela sabe exatamente o que necessita um aventureiro de longa data, esteja ele viajando apenas com as forças das pernas ou em um possante veículo motorizado. Além da hospedagem, o local também oferece passeios guiados em meio à natureza, aulas de yoga com a própria "Fê" e mais importante que tudo, relatos de viagens sensacionais. O custo-benefício também vale a pena.
