During the night, silent and without people. During the day, it is a tourist attraction so people arrive all day. 20 Reais is paid for the visit at the lagoon. We arrived at 5:30 pm and the park ranger said we could spend the night here despite the sign saying “don't camp” we don't need to pay. Apparently only pays for the day. The road up here is pretty bad, but we had no problem. 4G signal (Claro and Vivo) is good on the rocks
