Nice and very clean hotel, secure parking. 70 reais for twin room with good wifi and AC without bargaining. Owner is super nice and gave me some info for the transpantaneira. Also said that sleeping in your vehicle should be ok and free if it doesn't disturb anything. Electricity might be available for a small fee. Clearance is about 3m high I imagine. Can fit a van but wont fit higher vehicles. See photo of the gate.
