It is inside a condominium and you need to pay 30.00 entry per car. It is worth it. This is an parking lot of a view point. At the entrance there is a sign for the prices to visit, but the gate was open and some locals welcomed us in. There was nobody to receive the money. We arrived in the afternoon and decided to stay. Two locals passed but didn say anything. There is free wifi and toilets. A little kiosk but was closed during our stay.
