Occupying for many years space next to the Municipal Library, the Campo Mourão Historical Museum only began to be recognized in the organizational form in 1991. Housing the memory and history of Campo Mourão, it has records through interviews, testimonies and historical pieces dating back to the seventeenth century.In addition to keeping and protecting local memory, it serves students, university students and the community as a source of research, being a meeting point, culture and leisure for citizens.The Municipal Museum today has its own space divided into thematic rooms that report the history of Campo Mourão, also has a room with temporary exhibition, Gallery of former mayors and also houses the headquarters of APIM - Association of Mourãonese Pioneers, AMIM - Association of Friends of the Museum and COMPAC - Municipal Council of Cultural Heritage.-----Ocupando por muitos anos espaço junto a Biblioteca Municipal o Museu Histórico de Campo Mourão só começou a ser reconhecido na forma organizacional em 1991. Abrigando a memória e história de Campo Mourão, tem registros através de e entrevistas, depoimentos e peças históricas que remontam ao século XVII. Além de guardar e proteger a memória local é servir estudantes, universitários e a comunidade como fonte de pesquisa, sendo um ponto de encontro, cultura e lazer para os munícipes. O Museu Municipal conta hoje com espaço próprio dividido em salas temáticas que relatam a história de Campo Mourão, tem ainda uma sala com exposição temporária, Galeria dos ex - prefeitos e também abriga a sede da APIM - Associação de Pioneiros Mourãoenses, AMIM - Associação Amigos do Museu e COMPAC - Conselho Municipal do Patrimônio Cultural.
