You don't need to make an appointment; you just come with your passport, the vehicle registration card, and the tax ID they gave you at customs. This is required because they ask for the address of where you're staying. We chose a motorhome, and they fill it out on a form you fill out by hand. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. daily, and then they're open again from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The process was quite quick, and the staff was very friendly. We paid R$110. You can pay with PIX (they generate a QR code for you to pay, and you email the receipt). Alternatively, you can pay at a bank in Brazil. You have to return to provide the receipt and complete the process. Our van is Mexican; they told us to go directly to Deltran, the offices are located right here in the city. ---------- No necesitas sacar turno, vienes directo con tu pasaporte, el papel del auto y el tip que te dieron en la aduana. Eso se requiere porque te piden una dirección de donde te estás quedando, nosotros dijimos motorhome y eso te ponen en un formulario que llenas a mano. La oficina atiende de 9 am hasta las 12 del mediodía día y después vuelven a atender de 13 a 16 h El proceso fue bastante rápido, las personas muy amables. Nosotros pagamos R$110 puedes pagar con PIX (ellos te generan un QR para pagar y el comprobante lo mandas por correo) y sino esta la otra opción de pagar en un banco de Brasil. Y luego tienes que volver para dar el comprobante y para que terminen con el proceso. Nuestra Combi es mexicana, nos dijeron que vayamos directo a Deltran, aquí mismo en la ciudad están las oficinas.
