Very clean place next to mall. Paid 40 BRL (+10 BRL for breakfast) for nice room with a/c, TV, own bathroom, secure parking. WiFi is in the lobby but did not get to my room. There are also rooms with shared bathroom and maybe forms (not sure). They also advertise on AirBnB but I think I got a better deal.
