Pousada Varzea das Flores

We were allowed to camp with our Landcruiser with roof-tent in the big garden of this day-use/pousada with swimming-pool, pool, restaurant on week-ends. The access is a bit difficult as you have to drive in Betim suburb but it is calm (only a bit noisy the week-ends!). The owners are very friendly and helpful. We staied there because of a meccanical problem. It is a good location to visit Belo Horizonte (24 kms) and even parc of Inhotim (36 kms). There is 2 ostrichs very funnies which are running in the garden. Quite expensive (100Rs/day) but we were happy to find this good place in the area.
