Slept 2 nights. The place is not very bright, but it was quiet at night. On weekends it can be loud at dawn. Public free parking on the street (waterfront), but there is also a paid one across the street with power and water. We stayed the day and stayed overnight in front of Barra de São Miguel beach, where there is a sign for photos. There are two private parking lots close by as well, it's an option, which includes energy, bathroom, and water. However, here in front of the sign, there is also a bathroom with a shower at the end of the Orla, there is a power point and water. It is just a little tight to get around during the day, as it is very busy and there are many cars parked on the street, which is not so wide. At night, it is well lit and has intense policing. There is a supermarket on the back street, a street with bars and handicrafts. There are hotels and inns nearby. Perfect cellphone and Internet signal. Super helpful staff, clean and well organized beach. Beach with a huge barrier reef, it is worth visiting.
