You can camp at the Cachoeira da Fumacinha trailhead parking lot for 15 reais per person to base yourself for the hike to the waterfall. Basic but with access to restroom and shower. It’s better if you arrange a guide for your hike but you can also ask the owner to guide you or wait for a group and ask if you can join them and split the costs of the guide.
