Road closed - Cyclists Proceed with Caution

As of August 9, 2025, likely for a while now, this road is closed to all vehicles. There is a permanent sign that says it is prohibited to cross the gate. If you are on a bike, you will be in a very difficult situation, as the road leads downhill to here (coming from Tainhas). If you choose to continue, there is a lot of mud ahead. Better to cycle or drive into Cambará and visit the park from the east entrance.
