This splendid wineyard where they produce only sparkling wines, espumante, offers not only tastings but also a 4x4 tour experience with two tastings in their preserved nature and through their wineyards with a off road quad. We had bubbels near a waterfall and in between the Auracarias. Great guide, Tiagio, who gaves us adrenaline in drivestyle (he asked before if we liked that!) And speaks also Spanish and understands a bit English. The red and white wines they offer here come from their wineyards in Chili. Beautiful located. The have a covered outdoor lounge when you want to eat something, and taste further! We loved it! They are not by law Organic, Biological. But they use for instance special heat treatments for the grapes and ventilators so that they don't have to use pesticides. You'll learn in the tour. The tour costed 500 Real for us two (same for 3 pers.) including 2 big glasses (which they even refilled....) The Espumantes from this Famila Geisse resemble in taste more like the French Champaigns then other Brazilian caves! (We tasted a lot for Bubbliez.nl) Here they make quality and there is terroir again in the wine.
